A Vision of World-Class Institute
Mr. Cecil graduated from Jabalpur Government Engineering College with a degree in Electrical Engineering in the year 1989. He started his professional journey with SAIL, India. But even though he had a most sought-after job, Mr. Cecil felt his heart was after something else. Hence, he applied for the contract of NIIT’s master franchise in Eastern India.
He started his first venture and the Synergy Group was founded in 1991. With that, the first NIIT center that he launched in Durgapur successfully enrolled 80 students. In 1992, he started a second NIIT at Asansol along with his brother Mr. Francis Antony. Encouraged by the success of this enterprise, Mr. Cecil Antony decided to enter the formal education sector, which he found to be very promising. It was then that NSHM Knowledge Campus came into being as a hotel management college in Durgapur.

Prof. Dr. Alok Satsangi – Director of NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, is adding stars in the NSHM sky. With a rich blend of academic, research, and leadership experience, he is driving quality education through Innovation in the existing education system. He is passionate about serving society through education. His efforts have touched the lives of thousands of his students by being the guiding Lamp in their careers and has helped them achieve their dreams.
Prof. Dr. Alok holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and HR, MPhil in Disaster Management, PGDDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management), and a Ph.D. in Stress Management.
He looks up to Mother Teresa, Ratan Tata, his parents, and his School Teachers as his Idols.
