About the Founder
The founder, Vishal Shah is an engineer, a management postgraduate and a chartered financial analyst with 25 years of experience in IT industry. Vishal Shah is known as a seasoned technology stalwart, an inventor of specific patented technologies, a writer, a serial entrepreneur, an investor, and importantly, a ‘Go to Guy’ for MSMEs. His advice has benefited thousands of enterprises.
He always believed that the MSME sector would be the most important segment of the world’s economy. They had early hindsight about the challenges coming on their way while protecting their data to maintain the continuity of business. They had a clear vision that the traditional IT products for data protection were too complex and expensive for MSMEs. This fired an urge to start their product for data protection and that made all the difference.
Talking about the path they took to start Synersoft, Mr Vishal says, “Conviction about the necessity and confidence about the possibility of developing a simple, cost-effective product to help MSMEs protect data from Loss, Leakage, and Theft, is what has brought us where we are.” The firm value four things: Trust, Timeliness, Processes and Share Holder’s Wealth. The Innovative Project
Remembering one of the projects, Mr Vishal says, “A customer needed to provide unrestricted Internet access to the users to facilitate business development and research activities. At the same time, he was worried about data theft during an unrestricted internet session. This forced us to think through and design something which does not restrict users’ internet access while they are doing business development and research at the same time user cannot leak the data. This was our best innovation. We designed happy hours which isolates the data while users opt for unrestricted internet access for business development or research. As soon as they opt-out for unrestricted internet access, data is available along with what they downloaded during the unrestricted Internet session.”
The firm has always outstood in the industry and the strategy to attain the position is quite simple. They believe in providing a solution to an acute and potentially damaging problem in the most cost-effective manner. Synersoft Technologies is the industry first and has led its competitors and have been the first company to provide 5 years “no questions asked” hardware warranty on the products whereas their competitors are still at the 3 years warranty terms. Synersoft’s BLACKbox has gained massive appreciation as it keeps logs of every important digital activity. It provides data centralization by minimizing data scatteredness and preserves data against loss and data theft. This is a self-service tool and does not require extensive technical capabilities. It is always at the rescue of the enterprise in event of accidental or intentional deletion of data, ransomware attack, and disaster to maintain business continuity. It is also an AI-enabled security guard for the enterprise to detect, nullify, and report any attempts of data theft through USB, Email Attachment, or Internet through laptop, desktop, mobile, or tablet device.
