PROMOTER
Triphase was founded in 2009 by Shri Aditya Desiraju and Dr. Shrilakshmi Desiraju, whose farsighted vision is the present stature of Triphase. Dr. Shrilakshmi Desiraju started her journey of innovation with Triphase in the field of Probiotics in 2011. The first big challenge that Triphase solved was in eliminating the cold chain from the Probiotics industry.
Dr. Desiraju has been involved in the strategic planning and implementation of growth for her current organization. A state of art research and development wing for probiotic research at Mysore has been established since 2011.
Dr. Desiraju has an MBA degree in Technology Commercialization from University of Alberta, Canada, a Ph.D. degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the Vikram University Ujjain (M.P.), and post-doctoral experience from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. She has a strong publication record in both scientific and business publications and is the recipient of several international awards. Under the leadership of Dr. Desiraju, Triphase has successfully launched three prescription drugs in India since 2009 and US patented platform technology in North America.
Triphase also secured series A venture funding by a fortune 500 pharma company to develop robust R&D in the field of Probiotics. This funding has been made to enhance the Triphase proprietary temperature stable Probiotic platform.
Triphase recently got in collaboration to work with JSS Academy of Higher education and research for their preclinical and clinical research collaboration to bring cost effective pharma probiotic products with their JV partner in the market With a patented technology to its credit, Shrilakshmi Desiraju’s Triphase has made a significant dent in the pharma universe dominated by large corporations.
