Carter founded Approyo, an SAP consulting services company, in 2012. He built the company from the ground up, in hopes of bringing SAP forth into the Greater Milwaukee area. The Approyo headquarters is located in Brookfield, WI but there are six locations in total and over 107 employees around the world.
