Rita has vast knowledge in the fields of computer programming, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Rita achieved gold standard Professional Certification from the American Academy of professional coders, USA as CPC. Along with this, she is also Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from Anexus Denmark Se Pvt Ltd. She is also ‘Advanced HIPAA Policy and Procedure Development’ Certified from American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), USA. A tech genius, Rita often offers her expertise at various hospitals in the US and India. She has authored several articles addressing medical errors and gaps.

Before Rita founded her company, she served as AI programmer at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Later, she went on to become a senior leader in multinational organizations in the healthcare domain, holding positions like Manager, Business Development, Vice President – Operations, and many more. With her experience and zeal to work in the healthcare industry, she understood the ins and outs of USA Healthcare Compliance and Medical Coding.
After the in-depth study of the USA Healthcare Compliance and Medical Coding, she established ELATE. Her company soon gained a reputation and today, under her leadership the company serves multiple clients.
