Maximum customer satisfaction accelerated business growth, and a happy team of professionals working with us has always been among my primary goals. Taking the initiative to nurture a team culture in the organization and allowing team members to join hands to accomplish the common goals. I have always ensured that the professionals comprehend the business objectives and vision thoroughly, help them achieve what we thrive for as an organization.
What was the path you took to get to where you are today?
Great interest in technology allowed me to pursue my career in the IT industry. I was inspired to attain pragmatic knowledge in different technologies. A streamlined passion for pursuing a career in the very domain enabled me to grab early opportunities. I always liked to interact with people, try to solve their problems on different things, and take the role of sponsorship whenever required. a combination of characteristics and a strategic career plan helped me to reach where I am today.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
I had a vision for this organization and got a chance to implement my plans in a responsible position. An unparalleled dedication, unique work approach, and company of like-minded people motivated me to join hands.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I had to turn around things for the organization. identifying the loopholes in the foundation
of the organization, taking early initiatives to rectify them. One of the main challenges was to expand our offerings. We mastered WordPress development. Taking on a bunch of web and
mobile app development projects, accomplished them successfully. This helped carve our identity as a fully-fledged digital solutions provider. Another challenge, engaging in a smooth technology transition.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
I would like to mention one project that could be the first of its kind. We worked on a
calculator application for Philips lighting products. The app would compute the number
of light bulbs required in a room of a particular number of people who sit in that area. The ultimate objective of the product was to escape excessive lighting that can affect human eyesight in the long run. In my opinion, along with being innovative and creative, you have to be skillful while designing the product so you invest your creativity and innovation where the customer would like it to be.
What are the strategies of your company and how do they stand unique from your Competitors?
The culture of putting customer experience as a priority element in our product development and delivery process. A key strategy is to train our professionals on a regular basis to upskill, upgrade, and upscale their skills.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
I see the organization growing at a satisfactory pace in two years. We are currently working on our business strategy for the upcoming years we shall not only expand our team but also use new trends and technologies to serve as many customers as possible. Taking ethical and professional responsibility, we only accept projects where we really can add value to our client’s product. With a more clear and result-oriented project management strategy, clarity of ideas, and strong dedication we shall certainly be able to make the change happen for us in a positive direction.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company as per with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or Services?
We are soon to launch a custom and highly scalable eCommerce product that would help small-scaled large-scale businesses across the world. This would cover the futuristic needs of businesses and end customers at the same time.
