Embarked on the journey in bootstrap mode, the company provided solutions to manufacturing clients who were running on traditional methods and hence, the company basically rescued and transformed the clients’ businesses by providing a solution that raised revenue by 50-60 percent with the data analysis done using MS Excel. Data Crux Insights enabled many businesses to unleash the potential of data across countries.

“Data is like telling a story. Right data, if analyzed accurately using the right tool by the right person, at the right time. It can do wonders for businesses. It can tell you numerous things. Currently, enterprises are not utilizing it effectively,” asserts Manisha.
“Many companies are selling high-tech products at millions of dollars and are using technology jargon like Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Blockchain without even understanding its real implications. Being a farmer’s daughter, Manisha turned the first-gen entrepreneur and she has worked in numerous positions such as Corporate Trainer, Business Analyst, Statistician, Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics, Consultant and Project Manager among other senior management roles. “Getting good, loyal resources and keeping them is the biggest challenge. With the hype in the industry associated with world Data Science, everyone wants to be a Data Scientist without even understanding data basics. People use Startups as Training Institutes,” states Manisha.
Data Crux Insights plans to launch a public training program, in partnership with Google and the company will be partnering with DCI, where they will be offering public training programs in collaboration with leading cloud service providers.
“Started in the bootstrap method, the company is continuously changing. We adapt to the latest technologies and trends. When we think about progress, we often imagine how good it feels to achieve a long-term goal or experience a major breakthrough. These big wins are great—but they are relatively rare. The good news is that even small wins can boost inner work life tremendously,” optimistically Manisha comments.
