As the Covid19 pandemic shut down the countries, Mr. Magown experienced some slight disturbance in early Q2. To rectify, he tailored the approach and began engaging prospects and customers in Q3 with different forms of outreach supported by remote video calling and kept moving forward.

Hooked to Technology

After his first degree in Busines Administration, he went to work at General Dynamics (GD) in the finance department. Upon introduction to the broader technology at GD, he was immediately hooked. After two years, he went to Roger Williams University for a BS in Computer Science.

“From then on, technology was my passion. From 2000 to 2002, we created an Enterprise Integration Engine and were competing with companies like Tibco, See Beyond, Above All, and others with good success. It’s when we focused on this startup called Salesforce, that it all changed. We spent the next three years creating the SaaS, Hosted version of InterWeave, residing at Rackspace Managed Hosting,” he says.

New Horizons

After spending a considerable amount of time in Q4 of 2019 and Q1 of 2020 in repositioning and rebranding the company, there are several new developments. These new developments allow the company to unlock and explore greater opportunities to grow and build upon its current success.
