He is a Diploma holder in Learning & Development, CIPD, UK, a Certified L&D Practitioner from TAP Academy & British Institute of Learning & Development,   UK   and   a   Certified   Trainer    from   Singapore   Institute of Management, Singapore. Dr Chakraborty believes,
